Preppy is not only a look, it's a lifestyle! Izod was created by Arthur James "Jack" Izod in 1922 in London's West End. The store then sold fine shirts, ties, hosiery & sportswear. In 1937 David Crystal was so impressed with the Izod name he purchased and launched it in the United States. Now it has a successful line of women's, men's & children's clothing & accessories.
